Project Engineering Manager
Based – Stoke on Trent, ST4 6PH
Salary £50,000 – £62,711 per annum, depending on experience
Working hours – Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week
We are recruiting for a Project Engineering Manager to join our established Engineering department at our Mr Kipling bakery in Stoke on Trent, where we make the nations favourite Mr Kipling cakes.
What you will be doing:
- Development of pipeline of suitable projects, including; feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis
- Lead compilation of capital authority request documentation/narrative
- Lead and engage end users in the development of engineering scope
- Develop functional design specifications in compliance with engineering & Premier specifications
- Selection of preferred supplier(s) through robust selection process, including application of appropriate contract
- Management of all health and safety aspects of capital projects (e.g. CDM requirements)
- Reporting of project progress; tracking of milestones, activity, priorities, financials
- Ensure compliance at pre-delivery milestones to user acceptance test protocols
- Manage key resource through to project delivery
- Manage post-delivery process including installation, commissioning, training, etc.
