Production Operator in Lifton

We have a rotating shift pattern of 3 on 4 off including both day and night shifts.

We\’re looking for people that can:

• Contribute to the successful running of the production operation, helping us meet and beat our daily plans;
• Operate equipment efficiently and manage shift handovers effectively:
• Take prompt action to prevent accidents and near misses and have a strong awareness of health and safety;
• Maintain equipment to the highest of cleanliness standards, using dedicated CIP set as and when necessary;
• Work closely with a range of colleagues including engineering to minimise machine downtime in order to meet the production plan;
• Ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately and correctly; and
• Seek ways to continually improve activities to improve safety and increase cost efficiencies.

• Have a proactive approach towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
• Have good communication skills and be a team player;
• Be computer literate in order to operate machinery and systems; and
• Be prepared to work shifts.
