FULL TIME / 12 MONTH FIXED CONTRACT: 37.5 hours per week
As our next Packing Operator, you will be required to operate all packing lines and ancillary plant, meeting agreed output requirements on time, in full, and in the right condition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring product integrity in all production and warehouse areas
- Meeting output targets
- Ensuring production meets specifications at all times
- Carrying out cleaning and operational maintenance as per schedules
- Assisting with fault diagnosis and recording equipment performance issues
- Complying with all company, product, process, legislative standards, including H&S and environmental regulations
- Understanding and achieving production plans
- Maintaining hygiene standards in packing areas, with staff and contractors
- Undertaking training following performance reviews
- Assisting in any site role, as required
- Operating a \’Clean as you go\’ policy
