Operations Support Manager

Join us at Premier Foods as an Operations Support Manager, where you\’ll play a key role in standardising processes, enhancing team capability, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our Worksop site, which has four manufacturing centres producing products such as Bisto, Oxo, and Batchelors Super Noodles!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Site Operations Manager and Centre Managers in delivering consistent operational standards.
  • Coaching and mentoring Shift Leads to develop future managerial talent.
  • Championing health, safety, and environmental initiatives across all sites.
  • Leading 5S and continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the CI team.
  • Enhancing communication and collaboration across departments and sites.
  • Promoting inclusive and effective employee relations aligned with our values.
  • Supporting training standardisation and compliance in partnership with L&D.

  • Previous experience of leading in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience of Continuous Improvement activity
  • Data collection and trend identification skills
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills
