Operations Support Manager

Join us at Premier Foods as an Operations Support Manager, where you\’ll play a key role in standardising processes, enhancing team capability, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our Worksop site, which has four manufacturing centres producing products such as Bisto, Oxo, and Batchelors Super Noodles!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Site Operations Manager and Centre Managers in delivering consistent operational standards.
- Coaching and mentoring Shift Leads to develop future managerial talent.
- Championing health, safety, and environmental initiatives across all sites.
- Leading 5S and continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the CI team.
- Enhancing communication and collaboration across departments and sites.
- Promoting inclusive and effective employee relations aligned with our values.
- Supporting training standardisation and compliance in partnership with L&D.

- Previous experience of leading in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience of Continuous Improvement activity
- Data collection and trend identification skills
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
