Project Venice is a major transformation programme reshaping sauce manufacturing and future operational capability. We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the full end-to-end delivery of this flagship project. This is a rare opportunity to take strategic ownership of a complex, multi-workstream change programme with significant business impact.

As Project Director, you will provide direction, leadership, and assurance across all technical, operational, engineering, IT, and change workstreams. You will work closely with the Steering Team to ensure the programme delivers on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

What You'll Lead:

  • Full programme leadership and governance for Project Venice
  • Multi-disciplinary workstream coordination and integration
  • Delivery of scope, schedule, financials, quality and benefits
  • Factory readiness and operational integration at Worksop
  • Stakeholder management across all business functions
  • Risk management, compliance, and high-level decision-making

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven senior leadership of major capital or transformation programmes (£30m+) in manufacturing or FMCG
  • Strong strategic planning, programme governance, and cross-functional leadership ability
  • Deep understanding of operations, engineering and or large-scale process change
  • High resilience, commercial awareness, and delivery focus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, including executive-level interaction
