Hours of work: 3 rotation pattern:
- 4 on (2 days / 2 nights) - 4 off
- 4 on (2 days / 2 nights) - 4 off
- 4 on (2 days / 2 nights) - 10 off
During summer months 18 days off – shift pattern has no additional holidays.
In addition to the above hours, 6 additional rostered days (Saturday or Sunday) are built into the calendar year to support weekend maintenance.

As our new multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you’ll:
- Work alongside your fellow Maintenance Engineers and use your skills and experience to improve plant capability and efficiency.
- Be involved in projects as required.
- Attend appropriate training courses to keep up to date with technological advances.
- Assist with the training of apprentices and other relevant personnel.
Do you offer?
- A formal engineering qualification to at least City & Guilds level, NVQ level 3 in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience gained within a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience with generic engineering equipment such as Rockwell, Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Experience with computerised maintenance management systems, such as SAP.
- Experience of continuous improvement techniques and carrying out improvements focused on maximising engineering reliability.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary circa £59,000 per annum
