Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday–Thursday (06:00 - 16:00)
- Week 2: Tuesday–Friday (06:00 - 16:00)
- Plus 1 Sunday every 4 weeks (06:00 - 16:00)
Our Moreton site—the home of the iconic Cadbury Mini Roll—is looking for a multi skilled and proactive engineer to join our reliability engineering team. In this specialist role, you'll be the go‑to engineer for a designated plant area, driving reliability, supporting improvements, and embedding best‑in‑class maintenance practices.

What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out planned preventive maintenance across the plant
- Completing condition‑based monitoring such as vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography and oil sampling
- Responding to breakdowns and supporting fast, effective repair
- Leading plant-specific follow‑up work and reliability improvements
- Recommending and developing new maintenance tasks
- Preparing planned jobs, including parts collection and "job in a box" setups
- Ordering and managing critical spares
- Taking an active role in plant OEE initiatives, MBRs, RCAs and planning sessions
- Ensuring full and accurate use of CMMS systems (SAP)
- Supporting training for apprentices, technicians and other colleagues
- Collaborating with other Focus Technicians across different plants when needed
What we need from you:
- A time-served engineer (multi‑skilled preferred) with an engineering qualification
- Experienced in a manufacturing environment—ideally food
- Skilled in CMMS systems (SAP experience is a bonus)
- Organised, methodical and able to self‑manage workstreams
- Strong in problem‑solving with a root-cause mindset
- Knowledgeable in H&S, Quality and Food Safety compliance
- A great communicator and team player
