We're looking for a
Centre of Excellence (Co E) Data Administrator to join our planning transformation journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to play a key role in maintaining the data that supports our new Maestro planning system and drives effective supply and demand planning across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Co E Data Administrator, you'll be the primary contact for maintaining and improving planning data across our ERP and Maestro systems.
Working closely with the Co E Technical Manager and wider planning teams, you'll help ensure data accuracy, resolve system issues and support the successful adoption of standardised planning processes.
Key responsibilities include
- Investigating and resolving data issues between SAP and Maestro.
- Maintaining accurate master data within the Maestro planning system.
- Working with planning teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Managing user access, licences and training allocations.
- Supporting system governance and compliance activities.
- Monitoring system alignment across development, testing and production environments.
- Assisting with the investigation and root cause analysis of planning system issues.
- Supporting the ongoing development of planning best practice across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Excel and digital systems capability.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Structured, process-driven approach to work.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and/or Maestro (Rapid Response) would be ideal
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable to work alone on occasion, using your initiative to problem solve
- Degree qualified in a STEM-related discipline would be beneficial.
