We're looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of major capital investment projects at our Carlton site, the home of Mr Kipling. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our manufacturing operations while leading a high-performing projects team.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the delivery of capital, infrastructure and improvement projects from concept through to commissioning.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and food manufacturing standards.
- Develop business cases and capital investment proposals.
- Lead and develop a team of Project Engineers, driving performance and capability.
- Work collaboratively with site and central teams to deliver business priorities.
What we're looking for:
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven capital project management experience within FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and engineering compliance requirements.
