We're looking for a proactive and organised Consumer Relations Coordinator to join our Central Technical team on a maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with consumer care experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver excellent service and insights across the business.
As Consumer Relations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our consumer care function. You'll work closely with our outsourced consumer care team, internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure consumer enquiries and escalations are managed effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the consumer care team, including voucher management, BACS requests, invoice administration and system monitoring.
- Supporting the resolution of consumer escalations, providing guidance and expertise on more complex cases.
- Handling escalated consumer calls and emails when matters cannot be resolved through standard processes.
- Producing and delivering accurate consumer care reporting for manufacturing sites, R&D teams and wider business stakeholders.
- Providing cover for other Consumer Relations Coordinators during periods of absence.
- Supporting key consumer care and supplier assurance projects as required.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous improvement.
What we need from you:
- You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous consumer care or customer relations experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, producing clear and meaningful reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with others.
- Food manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of allergens and food safety considerations.
