Hours: 15 hours a week – Sunday & Monday 08:30 to 16:30

This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a friendly environment. Reporting to the Taste Lab Supervisor, you will be responsible for organising and inspecting the quality of production samples of finished product against agreed standards, assessing acceptability of stock, and releasing.

The role is a permanent Sunday & Monday shift, working 08:30 to 16:30, although flexibility is key.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Manually organising and recording the intake of finished product samples
• Conducting quality inspections of finished product samples after the relevant incubation
• Organising and hosting the daily taste panels
• Recording and communicating inspection results
• Releasing Finished Product to market
• Managing the testing of key ingredients and reporting the results to the relevant parties
• Assist with equipment calibration
• Provide support with sample collection and recording, within our Micro Lab when required
