We have a newly created role for an IT Business Partner to join us on our growth journey here at Premier Foods. You will manage requirements and relationships across our Supply Chain Manufacturing and Engineering teams from an IT perspective. Engagement and stakeholder management is crucial to this role and will require travelling to our sites across England. The purpose of this role is to act as the primary interface between IT and the business, supporting continuous improvement and strategic IT projects. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with business leaders to enhance performance and efficiency through technology. What's important to you is driving business success through effective IT collaboration. This role is about being the driving force behind IT projects that drive business success. You want to be instrumental in supporting Premier Foods' business goals, and you will be a key player in leveraging technology to improve business performance. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of IT-business alignment and strategic planning.
The Key Requirements:
- Strong Business Requirements gathering and Analysis Skills
- Analytical mindset

- Proven track record in IT delivery

- Consumer Products Industry experience
- FMCG experience is preferred but not essential
- Business Partner experience is preferred but not essential

- Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers
