About the Role
As our Engineering Stores Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring engineering stores are well-managed, stocked, and compliant. You'll work closely with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Hygiene, and Safety to keep operations flowing - supporting everything from SAP transactions and stock management to contractor coordination and audit readiness. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage stock levels, supplier orders and SAP transactions.
- Maintain calibration, compliance and food safety documentation.
- Support audits, breakdowns and asset care processes.
- Coordinate contractor set-ups, bookings and courier activity.
- Resolve stock issues, support supplier meetings and maintain improvement actions.
- Attend daily/weekly engineering reviews and support meeting notes.
- Assist with shutdown planning, RAMs, special orders and legal requirements.

- Proven experience coordinating and maintaining stocks in a stores environment.
- High proficiency in SAP.
