We're now looking for a Site Services Manager to join our Engineering team at our Lifton site, playing a critical role in ensuring our utilities, infrastructure and site services operate safely, efficiently and compliantly to support our manufacturing operation.

About the role As Site Services Manager, you'll lead the site services function, ensuring the reliable delivery of critical utilities and infrastructure across the site.

Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Technical, Health Safety and external partners, you'll drive performance, manage risk and support continuous improvement initiatives that keep the site running effectively.

What you'll be doing Leading the safe, compliant and efficient operation of site utilities and infrastructure, including steam, refrigeration, compressed air, water systems, HVAC, fire systems, drainage and grounds.

Managing the performance of the site's effluent treatment plant and ensuring environmental compliance.

Acting as the designated duty holder or responsible person for specific systems where appointed.

Developing and delivering maintenance, asset care and resilience plans for critical services equipment.
