Customer Account Manager (High Street Discounters)
Homebased, permanent
Due to growth, we have a newly created exciting role to work on our well-known high-street retail discounter accounts. You will have exclusive P&L ownership managing multiple categories across grocery, including breakfast. This role is ideal for a Customer Account Manager or a well-established Customer Account Executive looking for the next step within FMCG.
Your day-to-day activities will include building tailored Customer Plans to deliver on internal and external objectives, managing and improving profitability for both Premier Foods and customers, negotiating and delivering promotional programmes, and working with Marketing and Category teams to close distribution gaps and deliver New Product Launch plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating annual account plans, driving the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts, and establishing appropriate pricing structures.
You will have the opportunity to develop, agree, and implement a strategic Joint Business Plan that drives mutual growth and efficiencies with customer teams. This role also involves managing internal systems to plan and measure financials, ensuring efficient ledger query management, and delivering against the Premier Foods Leadership Behaviours.
