Customer Account Manager (High Street Discounters) Homebased, permanent Due to growth we have a newly created exciting role to work on our well-known high-street retail discounter accounts. You will have exclusive P&L ownership managing multiple categories across grocery including breakfast. This role is ideal for a Customer Account Manager or a well established Customer Account Executive looking for that next step working within FMCG. Your day-to-day activities will include building tailored Customer Plans delivering on internal and external objectives, managing and improving profitability for both Premier Foods and customers, negotiating and delivering promotional programmes, and working with Marketing and Category to close distribution gaps and deliver New Product Launch plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating annual account plans, driving the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts, and establishing and maintaining appropriate pricing structures. You will have the chance to develop, agree and implement a strategic Joint Business Plan that drives mutual growth and efficiencies with the customer teams. This role will also involve managing internal systems to plan and measure financials, ensuring \’good housekeeping\’ via efficient ledger query management, and delivering against the Premier Foods Leadership Behaviours.
