The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This is a key, commercial leadership role focused exclusively on delivering our Branded Flavouring and Seasoning brands strategies and objectives. This will be achieved by driving all commercial levers including pricing and promotion efficiency, effectiveness and driving learnings across all brands as well as owning and driving outstanding innovation execution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure Sales and Customer strategies are integrated into brand plans with ownership of the monthly CPM cycle.
  • Responsible for translating brand & category strategies into plans to deliver budgeted sales.
  • Design of pack, price & promotional architecture specific to all channels and formats.
  • Analyse and review business forecast & key issues in business planning process.
  • Responsible for new product development P&L planning and promotional plans.
  • Work with account & brand teams to build contingency and gap closure plans if shortfall vs. budget is forecast.
  • Work across functions to come up with bottom-up budget analysis including risk and opportunities.
  • Develop, agree, execute promotional strategy for category/brands including approval management process through TPM.
  • Lead and develop the medium term pack price architecture strategy for the brands.
  • Improve promotional return on investment for brands category.
