We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Lifton to develop and lead the implementation of the site CI strategy, identifying improvements in all areas of Operations effectiveness.
What you will be doing: Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement Road Map in line with the site operational plans.
Develop process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows to ensure continuous and reliable performance and outputs ensuring customer demand can be met.
Lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions to inform executable plans.
Build relationships and influence site operational teams to deliver on site CI initiatives.
Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls and delivering site CI Cost saving targets.
Setting the agenda for and manage Continuous Improvement across the site.
