Role Purpose
Mr Kipling is the UK’s most loved cake brand—an icon of the British household. As Brand Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping its future through emotionally resonant campaigns, impactful innovation, and commercial activation. This is a high-profile role with P&L ownership, offering the opportunity to lead growth initiatives for a £202m RSV brand with ambitious plans.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage flavour/variant extension innovation projects from concept to launch
- Lead P&L and Stage & Gate stakeholder approval processes
- Develop compelling retailer sell-in stories and launch plans
- Drive in-store and shopper marketing, including POS and digital assets
- Implement the annual Winning Plan and contribute to the 3-year brand strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Category, Finance, R&D, Packaging, and Operations
- Present directly to buyers and influence ranging decisions
What We Need From You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, ideally with brand management delivery
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to successful market delivery
- Commercial acumen and consumer-centric mindset
