The predicted salary is between 46000 - 50000 £ per year.
This role will provide technical expertise to support the relevant business unit to meet its obligations to produce safe, legal, authentic products to the expected quality.
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for ensuring area compliance to the site FSQMS.
- Complete the area HACCP Studies and assure adherence to it.
- Complete the area risk assessments (Allergen, FB etc).
- Complete the area Internal Audits (GMP, CCP and any other requirements raised).
- Attend Product viewing and any other relevant Quality Panels.
- Complete CCP competency checks.
- Manage QA's.
What we need from you:
- Intermediate level - HACCP.
- Qualification in Food Science, Quality, Hygiene or relevant.
- Food manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to short term demands.
- Good team working skills and experience of working across multi disciplines.
- Leadership skills.
