This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast‑paced, growth‑focused Breakfast marketing team, working across some of the UK’s most dynamic and fast‑growing brands, including FUEL10K and Ambrosia. As Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth — leading innovation projects, supporting standout campaigns, and gaining end‑to‑end exposure across brand strategy, product development and commercial delivery.
What you'll be doing?
- Brand & business performance – tracking and analysing brand performance, turning insight into clear recommendations and supporting annual brand plans
- Innovation & NPD – leading end‑to‑end delivery of innovation and EPD projects, from concept and packaging to launch and post‑launch review
- Campaigns & activation – executing social media, BTL campaigns and brand activations across digital, in‑store and e‑commerce channels, working closely with agency partners
- Commercial & P&L ownership – owning the P&L for a defined area of the portfolio (Porridge), managing budgets and supporting forecasting
- Customer & channel development – supporting compelling retailer presentations and partnering with Sales to deliver best‑in‑class execution
- Cross‑functional collaboration – working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D to deliver projects seamlessly
What we need from you?
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded marketer who’s curious, collaborative and ready to grow. You’ll bring:
- Experience in FMCG marketing or a similarly fast‑paced commercial environment
- Confidence working with data and insight tools (e.g. Circana, Worldpanel, Excel)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A passion for brands, consumers and innovation
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders
