This is a Multi-Skilled Engineer Role that empowers you to make a difference, rather than giving you a list of instructions. We recognise and embrace the important role Multi-Skilled Engineers play in our Business, understanding, root causing and eliminating issues, not just patching them. You are vital to the continuous improvement journey that optimises machine reliability using creative thinking to understand and put into practice proactive RCM and CBM principles, working diligently with an eye for detail to execute effective end-to-end Planned Maintenance.
- Proactive maintenance and inspection work, and continuous improvement.

- Using a modern SMART Factory live interactive data capture and output system.

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer at our Ashford site, you'll be part of a team, reporting directly to an Engineering Team Leader on each shift. This role is not about sticky-plaster fixing and short-term greasing; at Premier Foods, you'll be using your engineering mindset and passion to robustly execute and enhance maintenance plans, investigate problems, and be part of a culture that improves equipment reliability.
- A completed Engineering multi-skilled apprenticeship OR at least five years of hands-on experience.
- Previous experience from an FMCG background.
- Support and training to build a successful career.
