We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to support various key areas within our growing team in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire.

Work hours: Morning shift – 6am‑3pm; Night shift – 9pm‑6am & 8pm‑5am.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving deliveries and checking goods into the warehouse
  • Organising and maintaining inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels
  • Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Loading goods safely and efficiently for delivery
  • Ensuring all stock is handled in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with stock rotation and monitoring stock levels
  • Working flexibly across different warehouse functions as needed
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain efficient warehouse operations

About You

  • Hold a valid Reach Truck licence (essential)
  • Experienced in a warehouse or goods‑in environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, dependable, and safety‑conscious
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
  • Numerate and literate with good record‑keeping skills
  • Self‑motivated with a positive, “can do” attitude
