About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, leading the delivery of exceptional live events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

As a Transport Planner your key responsibilities will be:

  • Plan and optimise delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate service for our customers.
  • Adapt routes in real‑time to accommodate urgent changes or operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with driver working hours and legal regulations, including the Working Time Directive.
  • Collaborate closely with Transport Teams to feed operational data into future planning.
  • Analyse delivery patterns, vehicle loads, and historical data to continually improve planning accuracy.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in transport planning, logistics, or a related operational role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with drivers, depot teams, and customers.
  • Problem‑solving mindset – adaptable and able to make decisions under pressure.
  • Good IT skills and experience using route planning software or transport management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in planning complex delivery schedules.
  • Knowledge of HGV operations and regulations.
  • Experience in multi‑depot logistics planning.
  • Understanding of transport KPIs and operational reporting.
