As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for Operations Administrators to strengthen our team at our Bicester Site.
About The Role
As an Operations Administrator you will join our busy warehouse administrative team for an exciting new project in Bicester. You will support all areas of production administration, including operational, commercial and development. We would like you to be a strong communicator, maintaining regular contact with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in customer service and intermediate computer skills are essential.
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Working Hours: 5/6 shift pattern - 4am start and 1pm start
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing telephone and electronic orders
- Assisting the Operational Manager with support in the daily running of the warehouse Operations
- Prepare client reports
- Handling client complaints and enquiries
- Organising deliveries to clients
- Overseeing the order process journey
- Assisting and communicating with Transport departments
About You
- Experience in a similar fast paced work environment
- Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise work
- Computer skills- Word and Outlook
