We have an opportunity to join our Technical team in Lifton as a Technical Auditor on a permanent, part-time basis, working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 14:30, with flexibility required to support audits and validations out of hours.

What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Audits, supporting the team in identifying the root cause and preventative measures to any actions identified.
- Conducting HACCP reviews with our multi-disciplinary team.
- Regularly auditing Critical Control Points (CCPs), ensuring processes are being consistently followed and product safety is maintained.
- Undertaking traceability exercises of our Finished goods and raw materials
- Maintaining the quality management system via scheduled reviews of internal systems, retailer policies & certification standards.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with site teams and external service providers.
- Supporting the maintenance and development of site Integrity systems.
- Supporting with external audits, providing information, and driving the close out of non-conformances that may be raised.
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication Skills
- The ability to work independently to deadlines is essential
- A good understanding of Microsoft office applications
- Experience in auditing, ideally in Food Manufacturing, would be advantageous although full training will be provided
- Awareness of Food Safety, HACCP and Allergens
- A desire to undertake training and development
