We are looking for a Lead Business Architect to drive enterprise-wide business architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment between business strategy, technology solutions, and operational capabilities. You will be a functional translator between technical and non-technical areas of the business, with timely architectural designs and assurance.
You will be proficient in translating business challenges into technical solutions, firm in your engagement and ensure the right level of challenge exists as requirements are presented. You will be comfortable in questioning established ways of working when engaging with business partners and senior business colleagues across all functions of the organisation. However, you will also understand what the business is trying to do and translate it appropriately.
You will be adept in responding to challenges with solutions, not restating the problem. You will have experience in operational IT and particularly in FMCG or CPG industries. You will recognise the need for an AMOs independence and act impartially between competing business units, including IT.
You will lead a team of Principle Solution Architects and Solution Architects who will be aligned to line-of-business profit and loss centres within the organisation, designing solutions against requirements.
