You will be the leader of multidisciplinary hygiene team to deliver all aspects of output to standard departmental and people metrics. The successful candidate will: Leadership of Hygiene Team – Team Leadership -lead the team to complete Hygiene tasks, checks and waste removal. Responsible for ensuring the required quality, safety and hygiene standards are being implemented and maintained across our bakery. The development and refining the SOPs and master cleaning schedule, to ensure safe food is delivered in compliance with regulatory, customer codes and identified best practice. Plan and coordinate the hygiene aspects of external audits, and sign off of associated corrective actions, to maintain authorisation from regulators and customer Auditing and GMP – Conduct Hygiene audits, completing in-depth micro trend investigation as necessary, to highlight the need for process and scheduling improvement and more effective communication.
