Job Description: The Central Administration Team provides administrative services across the portfolio primarily split into two distinct areas:

  • Attending to enquiries and other administrative functions relating to the transfer, assignment and/or charge of the properties within the portfolio.
  • Completing company secretarial duties where management responsibility rests with a limited liability residents management company.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Property transfers: The Central Administration Team is responsible for managing and coordinating property resales, purchases, and remortgages by liaising with residents, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and accurate Post-Completion processing.
  • Ensuring that accurate control records are maintained throughout in accordance with Central Administration Team procedures.
  • Company secretarial: Complete annual returns for Companies House, issue share certificates for companies limited by shares, maintain up to date and accurate company statutory books.

  • Liaise with and support other departments.
  • Undertake other general duties as required from time to time commensurate with the management of residential property in accordance with the industry best practice.
