Job description
Responsibilities to Include:
- Water, Gas and Electricity (not phone lines etc)
- Ginger Energy (Brokers) Liaison for Premier Estates
- Liaising with all teams to resolve historic and ongoing queries
- Work with Mobilisation team to ensure efficient onboarding of new devs β Utility supplies
- Making payments to Utility Suppliers in Qube
- Loading EDI files onto Qube
- Utility Portals β download invoices from Portal
- Scanned Docs from Reception β Download
- Credits & Refund Postings
- Reconciling monthly / quarterly EDI files from suppliers to ensure accurate payments are made
- Warrant Officers on Site β Process development
- Building relationships with other teams β regular meetings (Possibly attend SEM Monday call)
- Monitor / Coordinate Utilities Inbox
- Involvement in Utility Recharges β ensuring accurate reads submitted and invoices based on actuals
- Smart Meter rollout β involvement
- Transfer of Utilities to Dwellant
- Develop a SharePoint Utilities Hub
