Senior EUC Support Technician
Permanent contract | Hybrid, UK | Occasional travel to Odevo UK sites as needed

What you’ll do:
- Own complex technical escalations, delivering lasting solutions and a great customer experience.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory and endpoint technologies, including Intune and Autopilot.
- Deliver migrations, infrastructure upgrades and technology rollouts.
- Strengthen security, share knowledge and mentor colleagues to improve service delivery.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven senior IT support experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and endpoint management, alongside experience in networking and virtualisation.
- Confidence delivering technical projects and working with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Clear communication, a customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to ownership and improvement.
Relevant Microsoft, networking or ITIL certifications are desirable.
