Development Details:
This role will be based at a residential development consisting of 449 Luxury 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in a 150-year-old heritage setting. Victoria Mills is a 19th-century mill situated within the buffer zone of the World Heritage Site in Shipley, Bradford. The development comprises luxury apartments complete with roof gardens, balconies, landscaped gardens, a river frontage seating area, and tennis courts.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- You’ll have high attention to detail and will be an expert at ensuring that all parcels received are logged, tracked, stored, and delivered to residents within the appropriate time frames.
- You have excellent communication skills, liaising with residents and colleagues when required.
- You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate, and inspire others.
- You’ll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests, and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns.
- Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
