Responsibilities
- Assist with dealership wide key initiatives to support the adoption of Precision Ag technology.
- Train and present at dealership & customer events focusing on New Precision Ag technology.
- Operate equipment and technology for in-field training and demonstration events.
- Utilize and train new users on the John Deere Operations Centre and similar digital tools.
- Successfully execute in-field agronomic demonstrations.
- Analyze and communicate key Agronomic findings from in-field agronomic demonstrations.
- Support various dealership departments with Precision Ag hardware & software.
- Fulfil all other duties that may arise within the Precision Ag department.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Enrollment in Agricultural program at University or College is preferred.
- Work successfully in a team environment & independently.
- Capable of using Microsoft Office technology such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
