The Role
Reporting to the Trade Manager and supporting the COO, you’ll play a key role in strengthening and expanding our B2B presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing trade customers worldwide.
- Onboard new accounts: explain products, pricing, ordering processes and stock feeds to ensure smooth first orders.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in the equestrian and country footwear markets (retail and online).
- Drive showroom visits and online meetings, inspiring trade partners and showcasing our collections.
- Support digital trade channels stock feeds, pricing, content, and e‑commerce queries.
- Monitor trade accounts to ensure compliance with commercial agreements and RRP policy.
- Provide clear reports on trade sales trends, KPIs and market opportunities.
About You
Essential: experience in the equestrian industry and strong knowledge of equestrian products. A proven background in sales, trade account management, or business development is essential to succeed in this role. Confident when approaching new accounts and nurturing long‑term partnerships. Excellent communicator across phone, email, video and face‑to‑face meetings. Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with great attention to detail. Familiarity with UK and international shipping (carriers, duties, Incoterms) is an advantage.
