Role- Service Engineer Salary- £38,000- £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise) Type- Permanent Location- Essex My client design, manufacture and service a range of electro-mechanical products and they are looking to take on a Service Engineer, on a permanent basis, in the Essex area. The Service Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: Previous experience of working in a similar hands on Service Engineer role – confident fault finding and carrying out repairs Electro-mechanical and hydraulic experience is needed A qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering Have a Full Driving Licence and a CSCS card Be able to work as part of a team Be very well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks Have excellent communications skills to work with customers Good proficiency with using Microsoft Office and be PC literateThe Service Engineer role will involve: Reporting to the Service Manager Maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical products Also installing new products when needed Ensuring you comply to company procedures – Quality and Health & Safety Completing site reports when required for repairs and maintenance Testing systems to ensure they work as they should Carrying out fault diagnosis Overtime is paid door to doorIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation
