HSE Advisor – Shaftesbury Up to £40,000 | Full-Time | Food Engineering Join a forward-thinking food engineering company in Shaftesbury as our HSE Advisor, helping us maintain and improve a safe, compliant working environment while supporting operational excellence. What you’ll do: Advise and support the management team on Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across our Shaftesbury site. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits, ensuring actions are followed up. Deliver toolbox talks and support employee safety training. Review and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and documentation. Support incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Help us drive a positive safety culture across all teams.  About you: NEBOSH General Certificate (required). Experience working in HSE within a manufacturing, engineering, or food production environment. Confident communicator, able to engage with staff at all levels.
