The Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HSE professional to lead on health and safety across multiple sites. You will be responsible for driving best practice, ensuring compliance, and embedding a strong safety culture throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Provide guidance and support to operational and senior leadership teams
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Deliver training and promote continuous improvement in HSE performance
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and all relevant UK legislation
About You
Proven experience in a Health and Safety role.
Package includes:
- 80,000 - 90,000 salary
- Hybrid working (combination of site, office, and home)
- 24 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
- 8% pension contribution
