The predicted salary is between 39000 - 61000 Β£ per year.

LOCATION- Hertfordshire

TERM- Permanent

SALARY- Β£45,000 - Β£55,000 per annum approx. (dependent on experience)

My client works within the engineering manufacturing sector and they are looking to take on a Product Manager, on a permanent basis, in the Hertfordshire area.

The Product Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience working in a similar Product Manager role or similar
  • Have experience managing products through the product lifecycle
  • Confident developing product strategies
  • A technical background or qualification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or have the ability to develop
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude

The Product Manager role will involve:

  • Supporting and managing electrical products
  • Having a good appreciation for customer experience and always look to improve this
  • Working to identify and fill any product gaps
  • Being involved in generating new ideas to help grow market share
  • Providing training and support material
  • P&L responsibility
  • Developing product pricing
  • Being involved in driving product launches
  • Visiting customers to gain feedback on company products
