Wraparound Care Site Lead Wraparound Care Site Lead Department: PSCS Operations Employment Type: Part Time Location: Horsmonden Compensation: 13.00 - 13.50 / hour Description Wraparound Care Lead - Breakfast & After School Club Leigh Academy Horsmonden, TN12 8NJ Term-time only | 13.00- 13.50 per hour | 25 hours per week Club hours: 7:40am-8:40am and 3:20pm-6:00pm, plus additional hours for set-up, planning, administration and meetings Love seeing children laugh, play and grow in confidence? Come and lead our wraparound care team at Leigh Academy Horsmonden. You'll make every breakfast and after-school session a happy, safe and welcoming place for children aged 4-11. Key Responsibilities As our Wraparound Care Lead, you will: Run the setting day to day and keep every child safe, happy and cared for Lead and support a small team Plan fun, inclusive activities and healthy snacks each week Take the lead on safeguarding, first aid, registers and health and safety Build strong, friendly relationships with children, parents and school staff Keep the club Ofsted-ready and follow EYFS guidelines Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What we're looking for Essential: Experience leading or supervising staff in a childcare or school setting Good knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS Confidence planning age-appropriate, inclusive play Strong communication and teamwork skills, plus basic IT skills Paediatric First Aid, Level 3 Designated Safeguarding Lead training and an enhanced DBS, or willingness to complete these when you join Desirable: A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Playwork or similar Benefits Why join Premier Education?
