Wraparound Care Lead Wraparound Care Lead Application Deadline: 16 October 2026 Department: PSCS Operations Employment Type: Part Time Location: Ipswich Compensation: 13.00 / hour Description Wraparound Care Lead - Breakfast & After School Clubs Location: Dale Hall Community Primary School, Dale Hall Lane, Ipswich, IP1 4LX 13.00 - 13.50 p/h | 25 hours per week | Term-Time Only To cover Breakfast Club (7:45am-8:45am) and After School (3:15pm - 6pm) We're looking for a confident, caring and organised Venue Lead to run our established wraparound care provision at Dale Hall Primary School. Key Responsibilities As our Wraparound Care Lead, you will: Run the setting day to day and keep every child safe, happy and cared for Lead and support a small team Plan fun, inclusive activities and healthy snacks each week Take the lead on safeguarding, first aid, registers and health and safety Build strong, friendly relationships with children, parents and school staff Keep the club Ofsted-ready and follow EYFS guidelines Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What we're looking for Essential: Experience leading or supervising staff in a childcare or school setting Good knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS Confidence planning age-appropriate, inclusive play Strong communication and teamwork skills, plus basic IT skills Paediatric First Aid, Level 3 Designated Safeguarding Lead training and an enhanced DBS, or willingness to complete these when you join Desirable: A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Playwork or similar Benefits Why join Premier Education?
