Many of our ECTs choose to start working with us before the summer holidays, giving them the chance to:

  • Get to know local schools (and vice versa!)
  • Secure a long-term or permanent role ready for September
  • Opportunities in EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Why start before summer? Schools often prefer to appoint teachers they already know and trust.

If you'd like to get ahead and feel confident going into September, apply today or get in touch for an informal chat. I'm a former teacher myself, so I know how overwhelming this stage can feel. Happy to just have a chat and talk through your options no pressure at all.

The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with safer recruitment practices.
