In this role, you’ll create and deliver engaging PE sessions, extracurricular activities, and holiday clubs that promote learning through movement. What You’ll Do
- Planning & Delivery
Design and deliver high-quality, innovative sports and physical activities tailored for children. Ensure sessions are engaging, inclusive, and promote active participation. - Promotion & Engagement
Actively promote events and initiatives to maximise occupancy. Inspire children and families to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle. - Advocacy & Communication
Represent Premier Education positively by communicating professionally with senior leaders, management, and school staff. Uphold and advocate our core values in every interaction. - Operations & Reporting
Manage, produce, and report key information linked to your workload using our systems. Consistently follow company policies and procedures. Provide regular self-evaluations and performance reports through 1-to-1 meetings and assessments. - Personal & Professional Development
Commit to continuous professional development (CPD) by attending relevant training sessions.
