Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality PE lessons, extra-curricular clubs, wraparound care and holiday camps in line with Premier Education’s & Ofsted standards, when necessary.
- Provide cover for coaches when required (sickness/annual leave).
- Engage, motivate, and inspire children to enjoy sport, fitness, and learning.
Operational Support
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and staffing for sessions and events.
- Support the recruitment team with onboarding and training of new staff.
- Monitor equipment, uniforms, and resources, ensuring they are maintained and distributed effectively.
- Contribute to health & safety checks, risk assessments, and compliance processes in line with Ofsted standards.
- Provide administrative support including updating registers, collating feedback, and maintaining records.
- Assess staff on delivery standards & Ofsted requirements, creating action plans for continual improvement.
- Deliver CPD & CQI sessions, including training days.
- Shadow & input to SLT on quarterly targets, protections & sustaining projects.
General
- Represent Premier Education in a professional and positive manner.
- Work flexibly to support the wider business as required.
- Uphold strong safeguarding standards and company values at all times.
Skills & Attributes

Qualifications & Requirements
- Level 2 or above in Sports qualification or equivalent (essential).
- Experience working with children in a sports, education, or youth setting (essential).
- Safeguarding & First Aid (training will be provided).
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential).
- Enhanced DBS check (essential).
