Premier Education is delighted to be supporting a welcoming, two form entry Manchester primary school in their search for a part-time Year 3 Teacher from September. This full academic year job share offers an excellent opportunity for both ECTs looking to build strong foundations and experienced teachers seeking a balanced and rewarding role within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging, creative, and high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that inspires a love of learning.
- Assess and track pupil progress effectively, supporting all learners to achieve their best.
- Work closely with your job share partner and wider team to plan and deliver enriching learning experiences.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within KS2 (placements considered for ECTs)
- A motivated and reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for teaching
- Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
- A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and high standards for all pupils
Pay: £130 - £170 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with safer recruitment practices. This role involves safeguarding responsibilities, and the candidate must be committed to promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship for non-UK candidates.
