Premier Education is delighted to be supporting a welcoming, two form entry Manchester primary school in their search for a part-time Year 3 Teacher from September. This full academic year job share offers an excellent opportunity for both ECTs looking to build strong foundations and experienced teachers seeking a balanced and rewarding role within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, creative, and high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that inspires a love of learning.
- Assess and track pupil progress effectively, supporting all learners to achieve their best.
- Work closely with your job share partner and wider team to plan and deliver enriching learning experiences.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within KS2 (placements considered for ECTs)
- A motivated and reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for teaching
- Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
- A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and high standards for all pupils
Pay
£130 - £170 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship for non-UK candidates. This role involves safeguarding responsibilities, and the candidate must be committed to promoting the welfare of children and young people.
