Location: Manchester

Contract: Part-time and temporary (2 days per week, September 2026 - July 2027)

Premier Education is delighted to be supporting a welcoming, two form entry Manchester primary school in their search for a part-time Year 3 Teacher from September. This full academic year job share offers an excellent opportunity for both ECTs looking to build strong foundations and experienced teachers seeking a balanced and rewarding role within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, creative, and high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that inspires a love of learning.
  • Assess and track pupil progress effectively, supporting all learners to achieve their best.
  • Work closely with your job share partner and wider team to plan and deliver enriching learning experiences.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience teaching within KS2 (placements considered for ECTs)
  • A motivated and reflective practitioner with a genuine passion for teaching
  • Strong classroom management and clear communication skills
  • A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and high standards for all pupils.

Pay: £130 - £170 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
