Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Premier Education are working with a fantastic primary school in the Bolton area, who wish to appoint a qualified teaching assistant to join their hard working, successful and forward thinking school. The role is supporting int he earl years, and will focus on providing support for small groups and SEND pupils on a 1:1 basis.

· Must have Level 2 qualification or higher

· Mon – Fri Full days

· Experience with SEND pupils is essential

· Working In EYFS, The successful applicants will have proven experience of working with pupils with SEND and have a range of strategies to promote good behaviour and establish a purposeful learning environment. Excellent organisation and communication skills to deal with both children and adults are essential along with the ability to work under supervision and as a team member.

You must hold a Level 2 qualification or higher.

• Has knowledge of SEND and/or a willingness to learn more

• Be able to work with parents of this pupil and communicate on a daily basis with them

• Level 2 Teaching assistant qualification or higher / equivalent

• Are willing to put the needs of the children at the centre of all they do

• Have a good attitude and are keen to develop their existing skills and learn new ones

• Are willing to contribute to the wider life of the school and the parish

• Committed to maintaining the Catholic ethos of the school and support our Mission Statement and aims
