Position Summary: Dedicated Playworker providing exemplary wrap‑around care services to children at Ocklynge Junior School.
Hours: 07:00‑08:45 & 15:00‑18:00, Monday‑Friday, term time only.
Key Responsibilities
- Wrap‑around Care Delivery: Design and lead diverse activities that promote children’s physical, mental, and social development while ensuring safety, supervising activities, and addressing individual needs.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed.
- Community Building: Foster a sense of community and positive interactions among children.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong working relationships with schools, families, and the broader community, fostering a positive supportive environment.
- Cross‑Marketing & Engagement: Promote holiday camp events and other company initiatives to families and children, and collaborate on cross‑marketing efforts.
