Premier Education Ltd are currently partnering with a primary school in Chester seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
You will support a pupil with complex SEMH needs, helping them feel safe, regulated and engaged with learning through trauma-informed, attachment-aware approaches.
The role requires resilience, calm communication, and the ability to build trusting relationships within the classroom, alongside the SENCO and pastoral team.
