About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Wraparound Care Manager to oversee the delivery of outstanding before and after school care and holiday camps across multiple venues. You’ll support wraparound settings and holiday camps, ensuring high standards of childcare, compliance, and staff performance. The role combines strategic management with hands-on leadership — perfect for someone who enjoys both operational work at venues and structured time in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and oversee daily operations across multiple venues
- Manage and develop staff teams through training and coaching
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and safeguarding requirements
- Oversee budgets, health & safety, and quality assurance across sites
- Plan and evaluate engaging childcare and holiday programmes
- Promote services and build relationships with schools and parents
- Support business growth through marketing and partnership working

About You
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare or Playwork
- Proven experience managing childcare, wraparound, or early years settings
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Strong safeguarding and SEN knowledge
- Paediatric First Aid and DSL qualification (or willingness to complete)
- Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between venues
Hours
- 100 hours a month minimum
- Working on wraparound venues 7.30am-9am and 3pm-6pm
- Working in the office 2 days a week to complete admin tasks
